Elevation are excited to be working with a growing Sheffield business who specialise in premium products within the construction industry to recruit a Commercial Sales Estimator to join their dynamic team.

Your role will be pivotal in generating leads, crafting quotations, fostering client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Utilise prospecting tools, historical data, cold calling, and marketing campaigns to generate leads.
• Prepare detailed quotations for bespoke Secondary Glazing installations in Commercial premises using our proprietary software.
• Estimate project costs accurately.
• Cultivate long-term professional relationships with clients, maintaining regular contact via CRM.
• Negotiate terms with clients, ensuring optimal margins and contract conditions.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to convert quotations into orders.
• Develop product/application knowledge to provide expert consulting advice to clients (training provided).

Skills & Experience Required:

• Estimating experience is essential
• Experience in the Construction Industry is advantageous.
• Commercially savvy with excellent negotiation skills.
• Experience in the Construction Industry is advantageous.
• Background in Sales with expertise in Lead Generation, relationship building, and phone-based account management.
• Proficient in preparing quotations with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Persistence and resilience in navigating the sales process.
• CAD/Drawing experience is a plus.
