JOB TITLE: Commercial Secretary
Location: Trowbridge, Wiltshire
Hours: Part time, 21 hours - working days TBC
Salary: DOE
DAY TO DAY:
* Amending documents
* Diary Management
* Booking meetings
* Updating and maintaining databases
* Scanning and preparing documentation
* General administration ie. filing, faxing, photocopying etc
THE IDEAL APPLICANT WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:
* Experience in Commercial Law departments ideally

• Strong Audio Typing experience

* Solid experience as Legal Secretary
* Previous experience within a similar role working supporting Solicitors
* Excellent typing speeds
* Efficient diary management skills
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Excellent organisation skills
* Ability to work on own initiative
