Sacco Mann is delighted to be working alongside this PE-backed technology organisation, seeking to find a non-contentious Commercial Solicitor for the highly regarded In-house legal team on a 12 month FTC covering a maternity leave.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years PQE in company commercial law and a client facing and enthusiastic manner.
You'll work alongside the general counsel and senior solicitor, supporting the business and helping the group achieve its goals and ambitions and mentoring the newly appointed junior lawyer.

It's a fast paced and ever changing environment, where you can expect a range of commercial agreements and scenarios offering varied and interesting work.
Day to day, you'll be an integral part of the group, working with key stakeholders and commercial teams negotiating and drafting a huge selection of commercial agreements as well as advising on IP and DP matters.

This is an employee-orientated and forward thinking organisation which offers flexible and hybrid working, with minimal expectation to be in the office

Salary is likely to be in the region of £80k+ benefits, with a bonus offered on completion of the assignment.
