AddressMy client is looking for a Commercial & Operations Executive to join their team. This is a well-established business which offers an exciting opportunity for a real “all-rounder” where no two days will be the same.
In between the office and warehouse environment, you will help ensure the smooth running of the business.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Working alongside the Sales Director assisting with any administrative duties
- Making internal and external customer service and supplier calls
- Uploading purchase orders onto internal CRM systems
- Reviewing office services and contracts including energy tariffs to ensure they are being provided with the best deal and service.
- Working within the warehouse assisting with orders and stock management
- Responsible maintaining the sample library standards.
To succeed within this role, candidates need to be real go getters with proactive attitudes and the ability to work within a variety of working environments. Being a real team player and have the skill to just get stuck in will be key to success. This role would suit a customer service focussed individual with a keen eye for detail and who would be comfortable working safely in the warehouse – some heavy lifting will be required.
Due to the nature of this role, candidates require a driving licence to drive the van (insurance is only for individuals 25 years old onwards). A pickup licence can be obtained if required.
Working hours for this role are Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5pm with half hour lunch and a 12.30pm finish on a Friday.
In return, you will be given a basic salary of circa £28k with yearly profit share bonus of between £1500 - £2000, modern offices, free parking on site, company pension contributions and generous holiday allowance.
