OUR FOOD

Our outlets include signature NoMad Atrium Restaurant which serves modern American cuisine with recipes inspired by New York and London. We stay true to our ingredients and use the best produce, meat, and seafood sourced from the UK and around. Our Side Hustle Restaurant serves innovative and quirky Mexican cuisine with Southern California influence. We make all of our pasta and viennoiserie in house.

THE ROLE - COMMIS CHEF

The role of Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie is to support senior chefs in preparatory work and daily kitchen operation. We have vacancies in both savoury and pastry section. The ideal candidate should have:

• Prior experience in high end hotels/restaurant kitchens.
• Willingness and desire to learn and develop under the guidance of the kitchen management team.
