· Assisting the food preparation process
· Supporting the Kitchen Team with their sections during service
· Cooking and preparing key elements of high-quality dishes
· Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation and ordering
· Maintaining Kitchen and food safety standards

Essential Requirements
· Minimum 12 months relevant experience
· Knowledge and an understanding of all kitchen sections

The Astbury is a luxury Golf and Lodge Resort located just a few miles outside of the historic market town Bridgnorth, Shropshire. Under-going major development, the Astbury has a number of food and beverage outlets within the Hall and grounds, serving a range of snacks and dishes made from locally sourced produce. In 2022 we are expanding our offering to include a brand new Bar and Restaurant, and 3 private indoor Function spaces alongside our popular Potting Shed Café and 3-Hat Tipi. Serving our Golf Members, Lodge Owners, Society Days and Private Events, the Astbury is a space for everyone to enjoy a moment in the Shropshire Countryside.
