Job Description:

As a Commis Chef / Cook at Buono Italian, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, bringing our authentic Italian flavours to life with flair and taste. Here are some of the main duties of the job:

• Assist in the preparation of delicious Italian dishes under the guidance of our experienced chef.
• Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients by meticulously following recipes and kitchen procedures.
• Contribute creative ideas to menu development, keeping our offerings fresh and exciting.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization in the kitchen to uphold our high standards of hygiene.
• Support the smooth running of service by efficiently managing your station and communicating with the team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred, but we're willing to train passionate individuals who have completed a cooking qualification.
