Our wonderful client is looking for a permanent Communications Account Executive. This role would be ideal for a scientific graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills, looking for their first step on the career ladder. The successful postholder will be a key member of the team and will directly contribute to the long-term success of the company, and be responsible for tracking projects, organising client meetings and delivering logistics and administration. Some international travel may be required later on in the role. **Please note the closing date for this role is EOD Friday 9th February**
Communications Account Executive Responsibilities
As the Communications Account Executive some of your duties will include:
- Attend regular client meetings to review projects are on schedule
- Carry out administration tasks for allocated projects such as logistics, travel arrangements, contracts, agendas and other materials and equipment.
- Organise team meetings and project reports and share reports with wider team
- Communicate with external stakeholders in a professional and regular manner
- Track project costs in line with procedure, escalating or raising concerns to managers
- Meet deadlines internally and externally
- Assist in new business opportunities and research when needed
- Use your degree-level scientific understanding to assist with clients’ products

Communications Account Executive Experience
The successful candidate for this Communications Account Executive will be at least degree-level qualified in a Scientific discipline.
You will also be able to demonstrate:
- Organised with good time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and enthusiastic
- Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Location
Our client’s lovely office is based in Oxford City centre, with no onsite parking but close bus and train routes. Working hours are 37.5 per week, with core hours between 10am-4pm daily.
