Position: Community Care Assistant (Flexible, Part-time, Full-time)
Location: Portsmouth and Surrounding Areas
Shifts Available: Mornings (7am-2pm), Evenings (4pm-10pm), Weekend Commitment Required
Hourly Rate: Starting from £12.60/hour + Mileage

Responsibilities:
- Motivating clients to enhance their daily lives
- Personal care and medication administration
- Assistance with daily routines like washing, dressing, shopping, and housekeeping
- Transporting clients to appointments and outings
Requirements:
- Availability for early mornings or evenings, including alternate weekends
- Full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license with access to own vehicle
- Genuine passion for assisting others
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude
