SalaryRoberts Care are recruiting for a Male and Female, Community Support Workers to support male/female service users who live within the Renfrewshire Area. This is a lone working role, so we're looking for an experienced individuals who are confident and strives to make a difference in our community and the lives of our service users, Although this is a loan working role here at Roberts Care we work as a team to provide a high standard of care and support to All our service users.
We support our male/female service users within the Renfrew and Paisley Area to be as independent as possible within their own homes. Our service users are living with all different aspects of health needs so its vital that our male support workers recognise the different needs of our service users and help to support the outcomes and choices our service users want to achieve, we offer our service users a chance to feel included in our community by supporting with a befriending/home respite service this could be to football, movies, leisure activities.
All support workers will be responsible for following the SSSC codes of practice and strive to ensure our clients are safe and feel support to make there own decisions , routine and structure are very important within this role. Although not essential it would be advantages if you hold a UK driving licence and have use of transportation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
