Community Care Assistants Wanted – Osmandthorpe LS9

• £12.00 per hour (+ mileage for drivers.)

Ethicare are a specialist home care provider, who provide care in the comfort of our service users own homes, by providing high quality care in the community.

We are now recruiting Home Care Assistants to join our growing team in LS9 area.

We are looking for kind-hearted & caring individuals, who are committed to caring for vulnerable elderly adults.

The particular role is for care package from 3pm - 10pm Monday to Sunday.

Applicants who apply for this job must live in LS9 or very close by: Crossgates, Halton, Seacroft area.

Duties to be carried out as a Care Assistant:

• Daily duties such as Washing & Dressing.
• Administering medication.
• Personal Care.
• Laundry.
• Shopping calls.
• Social calls.
• Preparation and cooking of breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Working shifts are:

• 3pm -10pm daily
• Monday to Friday
• alternate weekend work

We do ask for our Carers to be able to work alternate weekend, with a day off during the week to ensure good continuity of care to our service users.

Car Drivers preferred– However, if you do not have your own car, we will endeavour to find local work for you, but you must be prepared to travel on public transport to your care calls.
