Are you passionate about Community Development? We have three exciting new Community Development Partner posts covering either Rhondda, Cynon or Taff and Cardiff Bay. The posts will involve a combination of supporting neighbourhood teams with their Community Development Approach as well as direct community support along with other strategic and local partners. The purpose of the posts are:
- Community led development primarily across communities with Trivallis homes.
- Community involvement in shaping Trivallis as an organisation.
Our approach to Community Development is strength based, where we believe:
- EVERY person has worth, with strengths and gifts that matter.
- Communities know themselves best and people are experts in their own lives.
- Relationships drive Community Development and change happens at the pace of trust.
- Listening and really hearing communities leads to the best solutions.
- We must aim to be complementary and supplementary to what people and communities can and want to do for themselves, then we must do what matters when it matters.
- By collaborating with others, we can realise meaningful outcomes that are determined by people and communities.
About Us…

However, we want to be even more anchored in our communities and to collaborate with the amazing people in our neighbourhoods working to make a positive difference every day.
We have a vision of ‘prosperous people and places’ and we as an organisation understand the importance of looking after our employees. Our workforce are dedicated to reach this vision through ensuring Trivallis is a great place to work and live.
