Job Summary:

TheCommunity Equipment and Continence Service (CECS) Warehouse is based at Lissue.It provides daily living equipment and continence home delivery service to multipleTrusts throughout Northern Ireland. The CECS provides a receipt, storage,issue, distribution, retrieval and decontamination of daily living equipment,and includes continence product home delivery service. The post holder will work as part of a dedicatedteam to provide an efficient and effective service to HSC Trust Customers.

TheCECS Admin Supervisor will be responsible for the day to day supervision of ateam of CECS Administrators. The postholder will be responsible for scheduling and Co-Ordinating both deliveries andcollections of daily living equipment and continence products to clients of theHSC, ensuring that all laid down policies and procedures are carried out. The post holder will have directresponsibility for maintaining service levels for a range of daily livingequipment and continence products.

Qualifications/Experience:

1.a) A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, at Grade A-C includingEnglish Language;

OR

(b) 2 A Levels or equivalent qualification OR higherqualification;

AND

(c) 18 months relevant experience**

OR

(d) A minimum of 3 years relevantexperience**

2. PC Literacy, andprevious experience using Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel in aworking capacity.
