Community Fast Responder (Full Time, Part Time)

We are recruiting a Community Fast Responder to join our team in the following areas:

Branston,
Waddington,
Metheringham,
Navenby,
Ruskington,
Bracebridge Heath,
Washingborough &
Bassingham

How is a Community Fast Responder different to any other Care Worker role I hear you ask?

Well, our team of Community Fast Responders are the on hand to attend to service users of new care packages that have just started with Fosse. As the first to attend, we are looking for someone to be a true advocate of Fosse and our values to set the scene for the ongoing relationship between the service user, their family and us.

As a Community Fast Responder you will be responsible for:

- Attending to new care packages

- Supporting with reablement

- Assisting with care plan reviews

- Promoting and encouraging a healthy, happy, safe and independent life

- Encouraging, assisting with or providing personal care

- Preparing and assisting with mealtimes when needed

- Prompting and administering medication

- Work closely with the Branch and other health professionals

- Flexible to cover weekdays, evenings and weekends and work at short notice

- Work throughout the Lincoln area
