Medacs Healthcare are excited to say we have an opportunity for a Community/ District Nurse for Acute care at home based in Hanley.
This is to support the Virtual Wards and allow patients to get the care they need at home safely and conveniantly rather than being in hospital.
- Band 6 - Community Nurse
- Working Pattern: 7 days
- Hours: 08:00 - 20:00
- Location: Hanley, Stoke on Trent
- Ability to drive and have own transport
- Essential to have Assessment Qualification level 6/7
- Work autonomously in Community
- Start as soon as possible for 12 weeks.
