We have opportunities for both experienced and newly qualified Registered Nurses (Adult) Based in Birmingham as a Community Nurse.
Job responsibilities
- To have responsibility for the nursing care given to the patients on her/ his own case load and for the nursing care provided by the team.
- You will work closely with GP Services and the Integrated Neighbourhood Teams to ensure that patient care is effectively coordinated, demonstrating a positive impact on our patients.
- The District Nurse Team will ensure that a high-quality service is provided in patients homes, clinics or residential care settings within available resources.
Qualifications
- RGN
- DN Cert./Dip/Degree
You must be registered with the NMC (Registered Nurses Adult), have some post registration experience and be looking for a career in the community.
