An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Physiotherapist to join Warrington Intermediate Care at Home Team, this team is part of the wider Intermediate Tier Services.
The role
The role is full time (37 hours per week) to be worked over 5 days. The role provides opportunities to work with multi-disciplinary teams in bed base settings and in the community supporting individuals to remain in the place they call home in Warrington.
This post will provide you with the opportunity to further expand and develop your skills and gain valuable clinical experience in integrated intermediate care.
Our friendly team consist of a Clinical Team Lead, Specialist Therapist, Therapy assistants, Senior support workers, Support workers and social workers. Who work integrated with Warrington hospital and community services to support people to live as well and long as possible in their own homes.
