Key Details:
* Job Role: CPN / Social workers (With mental health experience)
* Band: 6
* Location: Grays
* Duration: 3 months ongoing
* Schedule: 9am - 5 pm, Mon-Fri
* Start date: ASAP
* Rate of pay: £25 - £27 (Depending on experience)
Dive into the Life of an RMN: As an RMN with a focus on the community, your role is indispensable:
* Conduct meaningful visits to ensure patients' needs are met.
* Skillfully administer medication at scheduled times for optimal patient care.

* Perform crucial risk assessments, ensuring a safe environment for patients during treatment.
Requirements:
* Active NMC registration as a mental health nurse.
* Proven community experience.
* Stellar communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
* Versatility to work independently and collaboratively.
* Dedication to delivering top-tier care to patients.
Working Hours and Contract Duration: Embark on this fulfilling journey with a 5-day workweek, from 9am to 5pm. The contract spans a minimum of 3 months, with the potential for ongoing impact!
