Bay are proud to be working on behalf of this successful school in North tyneside. This school has a vacancy for an DESIGN TECHNOLOGY TEACHER starting after Easter 2024. This is a full time role, teaching Design technology on a full time basis (5 days a week). If you are only available part-time, please still apply as job shares will be considered.
REQUIREMENTS
- Being committed to your teaching career to ensure the best results
- Essential qualifications: PGCE/QTS
- To have an engaging teaching style
- To have a passion for teaching DESIGN TECHNOLOGY
- To have high standards of teaching and learning
- The ability to work well as part of a team and independently
- To care about your work and do the best for your students
- Experience of teaching to 'A’ level preferred but not essential
To be eligible for this DESIGN TECHNOLOGY teaching role you must:
- Hold proof of right to work in the UK
- Hold UK QTS
- Hold an enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
- Provide 2 references to cover the last 12 months minimum
