Purchase Ledger - 3 days Part Time
Salary: £25,000
Location: Gateshead
We are looking for a Purchase Ledger to join our client's finance team and manage the processing of invoices and payments. As a Purchase Ledger, you will be responsible for ensuring that all supplier accounts are accurate and up to date, reconciling statements, resolving queries, and preparing payment runs. You will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintain records, and support month-end closing activities.
To be successful as a Purchase Ledger, you should have previous experience in a similar role, excellent numeracy and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You should also be proficient in using accounting software, such as Sage or Xero, and have a good understanding of accounting principles and practices. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, so you should be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
