Role requirements
As a Community Support Worker you’ll have an ability to provide care delivered with compassion and enthusiasm, while contributing positively to an individual’s physical and emotional wellbeing. You’ll need:
- At least 6 months experience of caring professionally or for a loved one in the UK
- The ability to comfortably assist clients with limited mobility
- A valid Moving and Handling certificate
- The right to work in the UK
- A valid driving licence is essential
You could make a difference to an individual’s life
In this role, you’ll be helping to make a positive difference in the life of a non-verbal adult service user who has Cerebral Palsy. You must have experience working with a PEG and a client of similar needs and be able to drive a mobility van. You’ll be helping the service user with everyday tasks as well as complex healthcare needs.
Shifts: Adhoc 10-12 hour day shifts.
