Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to various departments. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with budgeting and financial administration tasks
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic IT knowledge to troubleshoot minor technical issues
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Turkish is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset
