Company Secretarial Transaction Manager

In this Company Secretarial Transaction Manager role your duties will include:

• Manage Company Secretarial duties for client entities, ensuring compliance with ongoing statutory, legal, and transactional requirements, and upholding strong corporate governance
• Handle statutory filings, incorporating new companies, and draft constitutional documents
• Coordinate and attend client meetings, prepare board packs, and generate timely minutes and action point lists
• Maintain legal standing throughout the entire lifecycle of managed entities
• Manage diverse transactions for a company portfolio, involving operational, finance, credit and restructuring
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, prioritise client service, and ensure thorough understanding of all transactions
• Draft agreements and oversee the entire transaction process
• Develop and maintain client relationships, attend meetings, and support business development efforts
• Ensure compliance with client acceptance procedures and conduct periodic file reviews
• Handle client invoicing and supports people management by coaching junior team members

Key Skills

• Upwards of 3 years’ CoSec experience
• Meeting support/minute-taking experience
• Experience of statutory compliance and transactions 

Hybrid Working

• WFH – 2 days per week
