In this Company Secretarial Transaction Manager role your duties will include:
- Manage Company Secretarial duties for client entities, ensuring compliance with ongoing statutory, legal, and transactional requirements, and upholding strong corporate governance
- Handle statutory filings, incorporating new companies, and draft constitutional documents
- Coordinate and attend client meetings, prepare board packs, and generate timely minutes and action point lists
- Maintain legal standing throughout the entire lifecycle of managed entities
- Manage diverse transactions for a company portfolio, involving operational, finance, credit and restructuring
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, prioritise client service, and ensure thorough understanding of all transactions
- Draft agreements and oversee the entire transaction process
- Develop and maintain client relationships, attend meetings, and support business development efforts
- Ensure compliance with client acceptance procedures and conduct periodic file reviews
- Handle client invoicing and supports people management by coaching junior team members
Key Skills
- Upwards of 3 years’ CoSec experience
- Meeting support/minute-taking experience
- Experience of statutory compliance and transactions
Hybrid Working
- WFH – 2 days per week
