This is a remote working Company Secretary position with an international business leader. The role:
A newly created company secretarial role, reporting directly into the Group General Counsel. You will act as the Company Secretary for all the c. 45 UK and Group entities, encompassing Companies House filings, maintaining the statutory books, board meeting minuting and providing governance support in relation to corporate transactions. Further, you will support in KYC and bank account opening matters, working within the legal department that is a shared service across the group. This is a remote working role, save for the necessary attendance at Board and committee meetings.
About you:
You will be an experienced Company Secretary with demonstrable and sustained experience in governance matters. The company will consider both candidates who have completed CGI/ICSA qualifications or those who have proven themselves through career experience. You must have an excellent track record of maintaining statutory books, completing filings and taking Board meeting minutes. Listed company experience is not needed but will always be appreciated. You will have strong academics and the ability to come to the London office on odd occasions.
