Compensation and Benefits Manager
12 month fixed term
- Develop and implement new compensation and benefits structures and processes to support the business to deliver the business strategy
- Responsibility for compensation and benefits policies and tools including global and local incentive recognition schemes
- Coordinate market benchmarking activities, obtaining all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals
- You will manage job evaluations grading in alignment with Group practices, also considering internal/external equity
- Managing gender pay related data and reporting
- Managing employee benefits portfolio and recommend and implement improvements as appropriate
- Responsibility for local HR Data integrity and governance processes and manage gender pay related data and reporting
- You will coach and train HR Partners to provide compensation and benefits guidance to the business
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to implement the HR and Wellbeing strategy and activities
