- In this role, you'll immerse yourself in non-contentious matters while having the chance to engage with contentious issues, particularly in private enforcement and other competition disputes.
- Their team covers the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious competition, regulation and trade work globally, including: cartel and other behavioural investigations, merger control, antitrust advice, competition litigation (private enforcement and appeals), regulatory matters, state aid, public procurement, WTO and trade.
- Between 1 and three years of post-qualified experience in a strong UK or European Competition Practice, however they are open to considering candidates with more or less experience.
- Demonstrate academic excellence, typically achieving a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) and passing solicitors' examinations on the first attempt.
- Display strong interpersonal skills and aptitude for communication across all levels.
- Exhibit proficiency in complex drafting, negotiation, and project management.
- Understand law firm profitability and manage costs and budgets effectively.
