SalaryOur client is looking to recruit a Junior Associate/Associate with 1-3 years' PQE to join its Competition & Regulatory Team working closely with the Competition Partners and involving a high level of client contact.
The role will include:
- transactional/merger control;
- FDI/NSIA matters;
- investigations;
- regulatory and contentious matters.
The Junior Associate/Associate will also be expected to contribute to business development and client pitches.
The successful candidate will:
- be a qualified lawyer with 1-3 years' PQE in relevant competition work and with particular experience in dealing with the CMA on merger control and investigations;
- have experience in carrying out complex merger control risk analysis and FDI/NSIA assessments and notifications;
- possess technical excellence and an excellent academic record;
- have marketing and business development experience.
This is a full time, permanent position with the option of hybrid working.
