Provide expert legal advice on Competition Disputes cases.Assist in developing case strategies and conducting legal research.
Attend court proceedings and client meetings as required.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
Manage large, complex projects involving multiple stakeholdersTake an active role on a portfolio of cases with a focus on our French clients,
Profile
A successful Competition Disputes Associate should have:Proven experience in competition law and disputes
Admitted to the SRA or equivalent
Fluency in French and English.
