Connect2Kent is currently seeking a Complaints and Customer Care Adviser to join a temporary assignment for Kent County Council's Children, Young People and Education Team.

• Ashford Based
• 13.15 per hour
• Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
• Flexitime

Job Purpose

Assist the Complaints and Customer Care Manager with the management and processing of complaints, compliments, enquiries, and Customer Care initiatives within the directorate.

Skills/Experience

• Experience of working within a Customer Care/complaints service.
• Experience of drafting complaint responses and/or correspondence and detailed documentation.
• Working within a team and independently
• Tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers and stakeholders
• Excellent IT skills
• Awareness of GDPR and confidentiality issues
• Good awareness of policy and service provision across the Children, Young People and Education, including safeguarding procedures.
