Belmont Recruitment are currently working with a NHS Trust based in Kentto recruit an experienced Complaints Officer on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The Trust will consider Flexible Working and WFH options.
- Analyse complaint, identifying issues, themes and concerns.
- Review information already provided by division, ensuring that it has addressedeach concern and identified learning/improvements where possible.
- Identify any outstanding information required to address the complaint concerns
- Use information to draft a Trust response to the complaint
Skills required are:
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication (particularly written)
- Drafting experience desirable.
- Analytical skills desirable.
- Adequate typing speed.
- Knowledge of case management systems (Datix/InPhase)
Previous experience within the NHS with clincial knowledge would be an advantage for this role.
