Job Responsibilities:
General Administrative Tasks: Ensure service-related complaints are handled within policy timescales and in compliance regulatory standards.
Communication: Collaborate with team members to ensure complaints are completed successfully with satisfied customers and outcomes are tracked on the database.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation of property complaints.
Qualifications:
- Previous complaints experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available for an immediate start.
Duration and Compensation:
This is a temporary position with a duration of 6 months, offering an immediate start. The rate for this role is 35,000.
