We are currently recruiting for a Property Compliance Administrator to join a fantastic organisation based in Eastleigh. You will be providing overall support to the Compliance team, in a role that will require excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate with people at all levels. This is a really busy role where you will need to take responsibility for your work. This role will be initially a 3 month temporary role but it is likely to be extended and possibly permanent for the right person.
The Compliance Administrator Role
This is a really involved role where you will be dealing with various administrative responsibilities involving compliance, with key aspects including:
· Obtaining certificates from external providers
· Reviewing property documentation, ensuring all Safety related measures are adhered to.
· Updating various documentation and data sheets.
· Responding to any compliance and administrative related queries.
The Ideal Candidate for the Compliance Administrator Role
Administration from a Compliance related background is ideal. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Being able to demonstrate strong IT skills, ideally with Sharepoint experience. The ability to work well in a team and also work independently. This role is initially a 3 month temp position, being able to start immediately or within 1 week is ideal.
