- Providing Administrative support to the Gas and Heating team. Working with the contractor to book appointments and resolve minor issues
- Keeping a record of all interaction with residents, contractors, and other departments in order to build up evidence in case legal action needs to be taken.
- Screen telephone calls to department and liaise with stakeholders
- Maintain admin systems and excel documents
Person Specification
- Experience working in a technical administration based role
- Ability to deal with difficult customers.
- Ability to give customers information in a very clear and concise way to ensure that they know what is required.
- IT skills with experience using word and excel
