Compliance Advisory Officer

Responsibilities (brief):

• Maintain regulatory developments and support the business in assessing impacts
• Facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements
• Be a trusted advisor for any regulatory or governance queries by providing guidance and steer to the business
• Provide Compliance advice on regulatory issues and risks relating to their business or function e.g. new business models, new products and new functional processes
• Attend regular business and governance meetings and provide Compliance updates on regulatory developments, risks and relevant topics and actions

Skills (brief):

• Compliance experience within Investment Management, Wealth Management and/or Advisory/Consulting
• Good knowledge of investment products
• Strong FCA Handbook knowledge
• IMC Qualification highly advantageous
