The Company:
Our client is an independent manufacturer of medical oxygen, supplying a wide variety of industries across the UK. Medicinal products are highly regulated, and the client holds MHRA licenses covering the manufacturer and supply of its products.
The Role:
The Compliance Analyst will be involved in all aspects of quality control, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, including daily interactions with customers and 3rd party pharmaceutical professionals - thorough training in all areas of the role will be provided.
Responsibilities:
The client must always follow good manufacturing and distribution practices. (GMP/GDP). Alongside our Regulatory Manager, you will be monitoring and documenting activities to ensure compliance.
Administrative duties to include, but not limited to:
* Verifying Customer Qualifications
* Investigate any deviations from Standard Operating Procedures, (SOPs),
* Maintain and improve our Quality Management System, (QMS),
* Assist in resolving any quality issues with our customers or suppliers,
* Be involved with periodic routine Management Reviews and Self Inspections of the site,
* Support the Regulatory Manager with Validation of equipment, and collaborate on projects,
* General admin - e.g., Technical Agreements, Warehouse Checks, Cleaning Logs.
* The candidate would also be required to learn and understand the production process of filling medical gas cylinders.
You will have the following skills and experience:
* Attention to detail, inquisitive and able to focus for long periods of time on processing tasks.
* Strong organisation and administration skills.
* Confident, with good customer relations skills.
* Strong IT skills including word, excel, powerpoint, plus willing to learn the clients salesforce crm system.
* Ability to digest complex regulatory procedures and legislation.
* Interest in understanding the legislative systems involved in the manufacture and supply of medicinal products.
Location and benefits:
This full-time permanent position is located at our Production Facility in Appley Bridge WN6 9DW.
Salary £22K - £25K depending on experience with 20 days holiday entitlement.
