Compliance Analyst - Private Equity

Are you a current Compliance intern seeking the next progression in your career? A dynamic boutique Private Equity firm is on the lookout for a Compliance Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join their team. This role offers a direct reporting line to the SMF16/17, presenting an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the firm's success.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure the firm's compliance manual is regularly updated to align with FCA regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Oversee internal employee reporting and declarations, including gifts and entertainment, personal account dealing, and quarterly transaction reports.
• Conduct AML/KYC diligence on transactions to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and know your customer regulations.
• Managing the complete SMCR process for new promotions, new joiners, and the annual refreshing of senior manager roles.

Experience Required:

• High-quality academic qualification.
• 1-2 years of experience in a compliance role, with a preference for familiarity with compliance in the Private Equity industry.
• Strong general understanding of the FCA handbook.
