Job description

We are actively looking for a Compliance and Building Safety Manager to join a local authority in the Suffolk area on a permanent basis. As the Compliance and Building Safety Manager, you will be:

Supporting the compliance team to monitor the statutory compliance for the domestic properties and make sure standards are met
Supervise and guide a team of surveying and technical officers to achieve high levels of compliance
Oversee the repairs, improvements and planned maintenance programme
Preparing Building Safety and compliance reports

Experience and Qualifications:

Extensive experience working with the big 6 of compliance / Building Safety
Social housing / local authority experience
Experience leading compliance or Building Safety team
Building services related degree or equivalent professional building services related qualification
