Do you have a background in technical pensions and experience of managing complaints?
Our client, a Pensions provider with a specialism in SIPPs, is looking for a Compliance and Complaints Team Leader to join their team.
About the role:
- Management of a team, including oversight of workflows and resource requirements, training and development, and probation reviews
- Managing complaints and adhering to FCA guidelines, ensuring complaint root analysis is undertaken
- Complete auditing and monitoring of work in team, and due diligence on investments and funds
- Work with managers and senior executives to enact reporting and MI to monitor business compliance
- Keep up to date with HMRC rule changes and FCA Consultation Papers that could affect the business
- Ensure feedback from reports is disseminated across the business to support positive changes
About you:
- Technical pensions knowledge (specifically in SIPPS)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Team player and able to work effectively with others at all levels
- Creative thinker with ability to analyse and communicate information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
