Compliance and Training Manager

About the Role:

Reporting into the board of Directors, you will looking after all the Compliance and Training needs of the business, responsible for effectively driving a culture that ensures adherence to the Business risk appetite, Identifying compliance training needs and developing and delivering compliance training. Identifying and assessing Compliance and regulatory changes that need to be implemented into the business.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

• The role requires detailed knowledge of Insurance industry best practice and compliance standards including understanding and application of governance frameworks, relevant methodologies, and knowledge of emerging practices.
• Previous experience in a compliance, operations and or Training role either within for a Broker, Insurer or consultancy is essential.
• Strong communication, time management and computer literacy skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of different stakeholders through excellent inter-personal skills.
• Able to deal professionally with internal and external contacts, and ability to represent the business and with a high level of credibility.

• Basic salary upto £50,000 depending upon experience.
