My client offers an inclusive, diverse, and friendly workforce who are looking to expand with a Compliance Officer. Based in modern offices in Tewkesbury this client offers a fantastic workplace culture where employees are truly valued and developed.
Responsibilities

• Examine and correctly complete the complaint questionnaires.
• To keep track of complaint cases and adhere to applicable Scheme rules when providing the parties concerned with updates or responses on time.
• Examine and appropriately handle inspection and audit reports.
• Make efficient use of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, together with a CRM database to support administrative tasks.

What you can bring:

• Utilising IT (PC), conventional software, such as Microsoft Office, and having the capacity to learn how to utilise a custom database.
• The capacity to develop an understanding of the industry, its stakeholders, and the business environment. Experience working in a busy, customer-focused environment.
• Customer service skills and the ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders.
• The ability to remain professional and courteous even when dealing with challenging clients.
