Compliance Administration Assistant

Cheltenham Borough Homes are looking for a Compliance Administration Assistant to provide comprehensive support and assistance to the Property Compliance Team specifically in relation to gas, asbestos, fire, water, electric and lift safety and to support the wider Investment & Technical Team. Working as part of the team to ensure property compliance requirements and duties are undertaken in a timely way ensuring CBH remains compliant with its legal responsibilities and duties.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Self starter with ability to problem solve

• Well organised

• Strong work ethic – working to deadlines

• Strong computer skills – ability to pick up new systems quickly

There is an opportunity for hybrid working whilst it will be expected that the successful applicant will be able to work from the office 2-3 days per week.

Interviews will take place week commencing 12th February 2024.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £26,961.00-£28,496.00 per year
