Our forward-thinking, successful client in Minchinhampton, Stroud is looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join their lively team dealing with a range of clients including high-end clientele.
Previous administration is required for this role, however a lot of time will be invested in training therefore we are looking for individuals that want a long-term job within a progressive company. This is great opportunity to get your foot in the door to gain office experience with a company that can be flexible for their employees, including potential early finishes, social events and more. Responsibilities:
- Answering all incoming calls in a friendly and efficient manner
- Responsible for processing of forms
- Drafting responses to reviews posted online
- Sending regular correspondence to clients using data from MS Excel spreadsheets and templates on MS Word
- Responsible for the outgoing franking of all company post
- Brochure stock control and ordering
- Maintaining the company internal forms levels
- Stationery stock control and ordering
- Filing and other ad hoc duties as required
Candidate Attributes:
- Previous administration experience is required
- Bubbly personality
- Fantastic written and verbal English
- Computer literate
- Team player
- Willing to learn
Hours: 31.5h per week, Monday - Thursday 9.30am - 5pm & Friday, 9.30am - 4pm (Flexibility on hours around the right candidate)
Salary: Up to £24,000 depending on experience
