Duration: Permanent
Salary: £40,000-50,000 annual salary plus bonus (up to 20%), pension and wider benefits
Location: Brighton based (3 days in office per week/2 days home working)
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Compliance team in monitoring and evaluating the company's adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Perform regular compliance checks and reviews to identify any potential violations and suggest necessary actions.
- Assist in developing and implementing compliance programs, procedures, and controls.
- Conduct investigations on compliance-related issues and report findings to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and laws, and ensure the company's compliance framework remains current.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate compliance risks and improve overall compliance culture within the organization.
Key Skills
- Proven experience in Compliance or Risk Management within Financial Services or Insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
