Salary Job Title: Compliance Assistant Monitoring Manager
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £40,000-50,000 annual salary plus bonus (up to 20%), pension and wider benefits
Location: Brighton based (3 days in office per week/2 days home working)
Role & Responsibilities
* Support the Compliance team in monitoring and evaluating the company's adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Perform regular compliance checks and reviews to identify any potential violations and suggest necessary actions.
* Assist in developing and implementing compliance programs, procedures, and controls.
* Conduct investigations on compliance-related issues and report findings to the management team.
* Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and laws, and ensure the company's compliance framework remains current.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate compliance risks and improve overall compliance culture within the organization.
Key Skills
* Proven experience in Compliance or Risk Management within Financial Services or Insurance industry.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and frameworks.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
