Compliance Assistant Manager

Job Title: Compliance Assistant Monitoring ManagerDuration: PermanentSalary: £40,000-50,000 annual salary plus bonus (up to 20%), pension and wider benefitsLocation: Brighton based (3 days in office per week/2 days home working)Role & Responsibilities Support the Compliance team in monitoring and evaluating the company's adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Perform regular compliance checks and reviews to identify any potential violations and suggest necessary actions. Assist in developing and implementing compliance programs, procedures, and controls. Conduct investigations on compliance-related issues and report findings to the management team. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and laws, and ensure the company's compliance framework remains current. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate compliance risks and improve overall compliance culture within the organization.Key Skills Proven experience in Compliance or Risk Management within Financial Services or Insurance industry. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
