We are currently partnering with an industry-leading insurance broker who is growing rapidly. After a departmental restructure, they are looking to hire an experienced compliance professional with a strategic mindset and experience with the Lloyds market.
Your new role
You will be responsible for building key relationships across your business areas, providing advice, guidance, and challenge on compliance matters. You will also respond to requests for support and guidance in relation to compliance queries and represent the compliance function through key change initiatives, highlighting risks and providing guidance on key aspects of regulatory focus for consideration.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone who has a natural ability to build strong relationships and partner in their respective areas, providing expert compliance advice and guidance. You must have broad broking experience, strong compliance knowledge, work in a larger organisation, have experience of partnering with senior leadership teams and be capable of travelling to regional offices when not based in London.
What you'll get in return
This is an exciting newly created role and offers someone the opportunity to grow and develop. The organisation expects a minimum 2 days per week based in London and the rest of your time spent working remotely. The salary is up to £85,000pa for an experienced candidate from a broker background with a good knowledge of Lloyds regulations.
