Interim Compliance Specialist - Part-time

We are currently assisting an emerging Fund Managers with its search for a Compliance Specialist. You will be responsible for ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of compliance, particularly within the UCITS framework. You will leverage your extensive experience in compliance functions to oversee and enhance our compliance processes, with a focus on Article 8,9 funds and ESG considerations.

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience working with UCITS regulations, with a strong understanding of Article 8 requirements.
- Extensive experience in compliance functions within the financial industry, preferably within a fund management or investment firm.
- Previous experience with Pan-European Jurisdictions.
- Knowledge and understanding of ESG principles and their application to investment management, particularly within the context of Article 8 funds.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and assess their implications for our operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving compliance initiatives and delivering results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
