Your Role:
- Collaborate with customers and clients to gather compliance requirements.
- Implement compliance standards with our in-country teams and suppliers.
- Conduct pre-audits and assist in audit preparations.
- Develop and review compliance procedures.
- Oversee accreditation processes, including booking audits and managing corrective actions.
- Stay updated on country laws and regulations.
- Manage ethical compliance programs and support investigations into potential issues.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in a similar compliance role.
- Knowledge of factory auditing processes and ethical audit programs.
- Familiarity with sustainability and environmental programs (GOTS, BCI, Higg Index).
- Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and pay meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and a full, clean driving license.
