Form of workOur client is a successful supplier of quality fashion garments and accessories, working with a host of well known high street retailers. An exciting opportunity has arisen within their team for an ambitious and motivated individual to join their compliance team.
The role will involve:
- Working with Customers, to collect their social ethical, technical, environmental, building safety, etc compliance requirements
- Working with In-country Compliance teams and suppliers to help implement retail customers compliance requirements at factories
- Assist in audit preparations
- Support with ensuring factories initial and ongoing accreditation processes are followed
- Support the business with the ethical compliance programme
- Manage customer specific compliance requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Some experience and/or knowledge of compliance within supply chains
- Excellent planning/prioritising/organising skills
- Great communication skills
- Can work on own initiative
- Highly organised
- Meticulous/pays attention to detail
- Willing to travel as and when required
