Our client is looking for a Compliance Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a 12 months basis.
Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire
Hours: Between hours 8am-5pm
Job details:
- Co-ordinating and managing customer queries
- Review of product compliance against pre-set criteria
- ERP system updates and data management
- Management of regulated orders
- Interaction with key stakeholders such as Customer Services
Required:
- Scientific background
- Customer Service Experience
- IT Literate
- Experience using ERP systems
- Attention to detail and technical dexterity
